TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between Miju Photography operator ("Seller") and the customer who purchases products ("Customer").

2. Products and Services

The Seller offers through the website:

Prints (fine art photographic reproductions on Hahnemühle paper)
Photobooks/Zines

3. Contract Formation

3.1 Ordering

A contract between the Seller and Customer is formed as follows:

Customer selects products and clicks the Buy button
Customer proceeds to Stripe page
Customer fills in their details (email, address)
Order is received and confirmed via email

3.2 Order Confirmation

The Seller sends order confirmation to the Customer's email address within 24 hours. This confirmation contains:

Order number
List of ordered products
Price and shipping details
Expected delivery date

3.3 Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product in accordance with applicable law.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 Price

All prices are stated in EUR. Price does not include VAT (seller is a non-VAT payer).
Prices may be changed at any time; the price at the time of ordering applies
Shipping: Free for orders within EU

4.2 Payment Method

Customer pays through Stripe Payment Links:

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Secure SSL/TLS encryption
Stripe is PCI DSS certified
The Seller never sees the Customer's card data

4.3 Invoice

The invoice is sent to the Customer's email address immediately after payment is received in PDF format.

5. Product Delivery

5.1 Photographic Prints

Packing confirmation: within 5 business days of payment
Delivery time: 5-10 business days
Tracking code: sent via email

Photographic prints are packaged to be protected from damage during transport.

6. Claims and Warranty

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty. A claim can be made in cases of:

Physical damage during transport
Manufacturing defect
Non-compliance with the description on the website

Procedure: Send a photo of damage to mijuphotography@seznam.cz with your order number and problem description. We respond within 5 business days and offer a solution.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

Details about personal data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy (see below).

In brief:

Email is collected for order and newsletter purposes
Website traffic is recorded through Umami Analytics

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Amicable Approach

In case of dispute, the Seller and Customer attempt to resolve the issue in good faith through email or phone communication.

8.2 Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to applicable Czech law.

This Privacy Policy describes how Miju Photography ("Controller" or "we") collects, uses, protects, and processes personal data of visitors and customers.

When you order products, we collect:

When you pay through Stripe:

Stripe never sees full card details
We only see: Payment confirmation, amount, transaction ID
Stripe collects: Card details, IP address, device information

2.3 Newsletter and Email Communication

When you subscribe to our newsletter:

Unsubscribe: Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

2.4 Analytics Data

We use Umami Analytics to measure website traffic. Umami is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track users across different websites. All data is anonymized and used solely to improve our services and user experience. For example:

3. How Long We Keep Data

Invoice data: 5 years
Newsletter data: While subscribed
